六、進口天然氣減壓閥安裝說明
1、氣體減壓閥安裝必須嚴格按照閥體上的箭頭方向保持和流體流動方向一致。如果氣體不清潔含有一些雜質，必須在減壓閥的上游進水口安裝過濾器(我們建議過濾精度不低于0.5mm)。
2、為了操作和維護方便，氣體減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。
3、為了防止氣體減壓閥閥后壓力超壓，應在離閥出口不少于4M處加裝一個減壓閥。
4、減壓閥閥前和閥后必須裝截止閥，更換或者維修時開關氣體用
5、氣體如果有冷凝水的話，需要裝汽水分離器，防止冷凝水對減壓閥活塞或者膜片的損壞。

Sixth, the installation instructions for imported natural gas pressure reducing valve
1. The gas pressure reducing valve must be installed in strict accordance with the direction of the arrow on the valve body and the direction of fluid flow. If the gas is not clean and contains some impurities, the filter must be installed at the upstream inlet of the pressure reducing valve (we recommend a filtration accuracy of not less than 0.5mm).
2. For ease of operation and maintenance, the gas pressure reducing valve is generally installed upright on a horizontal pipe.
3. In order to prevent pressure overpressure after the gas pressure reducing valve, a pressure reducing valve should be installed at not less than 4M from the valve outlet.
4. The pressure reducing valve must be equipped with a shut-off valve before and after the valve, and the switch gas should be used for replacement or maintenance.
5. If the gas has condensed water, it needs to be equipped with a steam separator to prevent the condensate from damaging the piston or diaphragm of the pressure reducing valve.
